A couple of my favorites…

Since I’ve been living the hermit life I think I’ve watched more movies in 6 months than I have in 6 years.  Below are a few of my favorites.  Wineymamma will tell you that I love the genre of Pulp Fiction, Devil’s Rejects (how Rob Zombie got a catch like Shari Moon Zombie, I’ll never know…but I still can’t fathom why WM followed me either!), Raising Arizona, Apocalypse Now (Charlie don’t surf!), the original Exorcist (the book is scarier than the movie BTW), Boondock Saints, Rosemary’s Baby, etc.  Too many “make you feel good” crap produced these days (and in the past—really hope you get well and I’ll pray for you Patrick Swayze but Dirty Dancing sucked).  Wow, I’m starting to sound like my brother in law who has seen, I think, every movie ever made.  Trust me, the inprint of his body (shutter and twitch) was in my in laws sofa. Yes, I guess I’m a hippie at heart but prefer my kind of art…none of that Bambi stuff…but I do like to watch a good romance with WM and Secrets of the YaYa Sister hood is awesome (something about southern women, no matter what age…just the way they talk I guess).  Oh yeah, my mother chastised me on my blog a couple of days ago for wanting some ink!  Too funny…sorry mom…I am 36 you know!  Be good to yourself—TFD

Everything was good about “Dirty Dancing. The music the actors and actress, with the exception of Baby’s sister although one could put up with her. The location was beautiful just being about 30 miles or so from our homes and you cannot believe the times my girls have watched that movie. Can’t wait til the little one gets big enough to watch it and dance. That is what we will do when Lullibell gets here and wants to have her concert. Great idea for refreshing our memory. Oh, how I love to get you going man.
